We have six one-bedroom and studio apartments for long-term rental, five in the main building and one in the carriage house.
Utilities included in the Main Building are water and sewer.
Utilities included in the Carriage House are internet, heat, hot water, water and sewer.
No pets.
No smoking or vaping.
All applicants must pass a background check.

Mid-Term Rentals
We manage one apartment in the Carriage House as a furnished mid-term rental. This 420sq ft, one-bedroom unit on the first floor has all utilities included. Eat-in kitchen has full-size appliances.
All utilities included. No pets. No smoking or vaping.
This unit is currently under renovation. We will resume scheduling tenants once the work is complete.
